First Line Support: an Oxford based IT support company

Founded in 2001, First Line is a rapidly growing IT support and services company based on Howard Street, near the Iffley Road in Oxford.

Midway between Oxford city centre and the ring road, we're ideally placed to provide IT support services to businesses in Oxford and around Oxfordshire.

Our aim is to create an Oxford based IT support company offering a complete range of services, meeting the needs of small and medium size organisations around Oxfordshire and the South East.

First Line owns 'Hamilton House' our office in Oxford. We have invested considerable sums into the infrastructure so we can provide on-site hosting, online backup and a professional helpdesk service together with a full range of telecoms services to our clients.

Most of us live in Oxford

First Line is owned and managed by Barrie Giles, John Crozier and Mike O’Regan.

Managing Director Barrie Giles has lived in Oxford since 1996. Prior to running First Line he owned and ran a number of local businesses and you can read more about Barrie here.

Technical Director John Crozier was born and educated in Kidlington, just north of Oxford. He started his career with Oxford Instruments before starting his own IT company. Find out more about John here

Chairman Mike O'Regan is best known as one of the founders of Research Machines now RM plc, a highly successful Oxfordshire-based supplier of IT to education. You can read more about Mike here.

Every member of First Line's Engineering team, including our helpdesk staff, are based at our Hamilton House offices. Our engineers live mainly in and around Oxford, though we also have staff based near London to serve our clients outside Oxfordshire.
